Praval Foundation
A way to give back, and we are just getting started.
Praval Foundation is how we support the people around us: orphanages, old age homes, families who need medical attention, and scholarships for children who would otherwise leave school. It began with a pure heart and the right intentions, and it is early.
Where the Foundation helps
Four places we show up.
Not a strategy deck. These are the causes our people keep bringing back, and the ones we act on.

Orphanages
Support for children's homes: supplies, essentials and the day-to-day things that keep a home running rather than a one-off donation photographed and forgotten.

Old age homes
Time and provision for residents who have outlived their support network. Often the thing most needed is company, which is not something you can send by transfer.

Medical attention
Help for families facing treatment they cannot fund. Directed at a named person with a specific need, because that is where a modest amount changes the outcome.

School scholarships
Scholarships for underprivileged children, so that school continues when a family's circumstances would otherwise end it. Education is the one form of help that compounds.
How it works
Our people choose the causes, and carry them out.
Identified by employees
The causes are not selected by a committee at a distance. They come from Praval people who know the home, the school or the family, and bring it to the Foundation.
Delivered by employees
The same people volunteer: sourcing what is needed, supplying it, and being there. That is deliberate: it keeps the Foundation close to the ground rather than becoming a budget line.
We are at the beginning of this. We would rather say that plainly than describe a young effort in the language of an established programme.

Numbers, once we have earned them.
Measurable Outcomes is one of our three values, and it applies here too. When this page carries figures they will be real ones (people helped, over a stated period), held to the same standard as a case study. Until then, this is what we are doing and why.
