These terms govern the website only. Any engagement between Praval Technologies and a client is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Using the site

You may browse the site, and use its content for your own evaluation of our services. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by scraping at a rate that degrades it for others
• Use automated tooling to extract content at scale for training a model or building a competing offering

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site (text, layout, design, graphics, and the Praval name and logo) belongs to Praval Technologies or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, or present our material as your own.

Third-party names and trade marks

This site refers to products and platforms owned by other companies, including Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Snowflake, Gainsight and WalkMe. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners.

We reference them to describe the work we do on those platforms. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation beyond any partner status we state explicitly.

Client names and logos appear with permission and remain the property of those organisations. Their appearance describes work delivered; it is not an endorsement of our services by them unless separately stated.

The AI assistant

The assistant on this site generates responses automatically.

• Its answers may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
• It does not provide legal, financial, tax, regulatory or other professional advice.
• It cannot bind Praval Technologies. Nothing it says constitutes an offer, a quotation, a commitment on scope, price or timeline, or the formation of a contract.
• Do not submit sensitive, confidential or NDA-covered information through it. See our Privacy Policy.

We may change, limit or withdraw the assistant at any time.

No professional advice

The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not advice for your specific situation, and you should not act on it without taking advice appropriate to your circumstances.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the "last updated" date above shows when it changed.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Praval operates through entities in the United States and India, and the law that applies depends on where you are:

• If you are located in the Americas, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
• Everywhere else, these terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

Where you engage us under a signed agreement, the governing law and jurisdiction in that agreement apply to the engagement and take precedence over this clause.

Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
