Sashi Pagadala has spent more than 25 years building technology companies and the global teams behind them, with a focus on delivering solutions for enterprise clients.
He brings together hands-on technology knowledge and an entrepreneur's instinct for building things that scale. Over his career he has worked across digital transformation, legacy platform modernization, cloud architecture, intelligent automation, and putting emerging technologies to practical use.
As a leader, Sashi's priority is making sure new technology turns into real business results. He has grown teams across multiple markets, built enterprise relationships that have lasted for years, and led organizations that help clients modernize how they operate, work more efficiently, and prepare for future growth.
Carrie Pedraza
SVP Advisor, Global Business Solutions & Automation
Carrie Pedraza has more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and intelligent automation. In senior leadership roles at Digital Realty, Phoenix American, and San Rafael City Schools, she modernized complex technology environments, strengthened infrastructure and security, and scaled cloud and digital platforms to support global operations.
At Praval, Carrie helps organizations turn business priorities into technology solutions that can grow with them. Working with clients and cross-functional teams, she identifies where AI, automation, data, and digital transformation can improve efficiency, simplify workflows, and make things easier for users.
