Privacy Policy

What personal data Praval Technologies collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated September 27, 2026

Who we are

Praval Technologies ("Praval", "we", "us") operates this website. We are the data controller for personal data collected through it.

For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights described below, contact info@pravaltech.com.

We have offices in the United States, India and Mexico. Personal data collected through this website may be accessed by our teams in any of those locations (see International transfers).

What we collect

Information you give us

When you contact us (by email, by phone, or through the AI assistant on this site), we collect what you choose to provide. Typically that is:

  • Your name and job title
  • Your email address and, if you provide one, phone number
  • Your company name and industry
  • A description of what you are trying to solve, your timeline, and any budget indication you give
  • The full transcript of your conversation with our AI assistant

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every request: your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you request, and the time of the request. These are used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults.

This site sets no cookies at all. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking technology of any kind.

Analytics

We measure how the site is used so we know which work is worth writing more about. Our analytics is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, assigns you no persistent identifier, and cannot follow you to other sites.

What it records for each page view:

  • The page visited, and the topics that page is tagged with, for example that it was about logistics, or about Oracle Integration Cloud
  • The country the request came from, derived from your IP address and not stored alongside it
  • The site or campaign that referred you (the referring domain, and any UTM parameters in the link you followed)
  • General device and browser type

These tags describe the content, not you. Recording that a page about healthcare was read is not a statement about where you work. We do not use reverse-IP or firmographic tools to identify individual visitors or their employers.

Analytics is provided by Vercel Web Analytics, acting as our processor.

Turning it off. Use the Privacy preferences link in the footer of any page. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal and Do Not Track automatically: if your browser sends either, analytics stays off without you doing anything. Where local law requires prior consent, analytics does not run until you allow it.

Local storage

We store two small preferences in your browser's local storage. Neither leaves your device, neither is sent to us, and neither contains personal data:

  • praval-theme: whether you chose light or dark appearance
  • praval-privacy-preferences: your analytics choice, so we can honour it

Clearing your browser storage removes both.

How we use it

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and have a conversation about your requirements
  • Assess whether we are a good fit for the work you describe
  • Prepare proposals and, if you become a client, deliver the engagement
  • Keep records of business communications
  • Keep the site secure and working
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and keeping the site secure. We have assessed that this does not override your rights, because you chose to contact us and we use the data only for the purpose you contacted us about.
  • Consent: where you explicitly opt in, for example to receive material we have offered. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Performance of a contract: where we are delivering services to you or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
  • Legal obligation: where we must retain records to comply with law.

The AI assistant

This site offers two AI-powered tools: an assistant that answers questions about our platforms, services and solutions, and a "Talk to us" bot that asks what you're looking for and takes your name and email so we can follow up.

  • Your messages are processed by Microsoft Foundry in order to generate a response. Microsoft acts as our processor for this purpose.
  • The conversation transcript, and the contact details you provide through the "Talk to us" bot, are stored in our own database so our team can follow up.
  • Please do not enter sensitive personal information, credentials, confidential business information, or anything covered by an NDA into either tool. They are enquiry tools, not a secure channel.
  • Responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing either tool says forms a contract or a professional opinion. See our Terms of Use.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small number of service providers, each bound to process personal data only on our instructions:

We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

International transfers

We operate from the United States, India and Mexico, and the providers above are located outside the UK, EU and India.

Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards those instruments require.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become engagements: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted, so that we have context if you come back to us.
  • Client records: retained for the life of the relationship and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business and tax records.
  • Server logs: retained for a short period for security and diagnostics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data deleted
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent where we relied on it
  • Complain to a data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office)

California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, and are entitled not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

To exercise any of these, email info@pravaltech.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires, and may need to verify your identity first.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to those who need it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted here.
